Benefits of Gymnastics - Gymnastics provides an overall total body workout. The physical qualities developed include: increased strength, flexibility, agility, muscular endurance, static balance, dynamic balance, speed, coordination, posture, body tension, and sense of rhythm. In addition, the body awareness obtained through sustained enrollment will be evident in the recovery from fall during other sporting events. Gymnastics participation develops not only attributes transferable to other sports, but is an excellent training ground for teaching children how to deal with success and failure in life. Some of the psychological qualities developed through gymnastics include: high self esteem, and self confidence. So what are you waiting for? Safety - Safety is the #1 priority here at the Boys & Girls Club NIBCO Sports Center. Our entire staff is trained and certified in First Aid & Safety, CPR, along with training specific with the activities being performed. As far as the learning environment, Boys & Girls Club NIBCO Sports Center is fully equipped with state of the art equipment, along with two of the larges pits in Texas. Our Gym is air-conditioned for the comfort of our athletes and parents.

Registration - All appropriate paper work, registration fees, and first month's tuition is DUE at the time of registration. The annual fee is $15.00 for the first family member (no registration fees for additional family members.) All registration fees expire December 31st and must be renewed every January 1st. Classes are formed on the first come, first served basis and are full when our ratio is met.

Tuition - Tuition is DUE the first class of each month. Although some months have fewer classes, other months have more, making your monthly tuition set regardless of the month. Tuition may be prorated in advance for pre-arranged missed classes at the first of the month in question. There will be NO prorating or refunds after the 7th of each month.

Dress Code - Safety is the #1 reason for dress codes here at the Boys & Girls Club. No hand or neck jewelry, dangle earrings, or gum and candy. Girls must wear a leotard only, or a leotard and zipper less shorts. Bare foot is best. Cheerleaders may wear t-shirts and shorts, and appropriate footwear. Please come to class dressed accordingly.
