How do I register?

Register for Summer Fun Camp 2020 by clicking this link: Online Summer Fun Camp Registrationto proceed with enrolling your child in our 2020 summer program (Registration is online only)


How old can my child be to participate?

First through sixth grade (members must have completed kindergarten to participate)


What are the fees?

Nacogdoches Club $20 a week | Lufkin Club $20 a week | Hardin Club $20 a week

Diboll Club $10 a week | San Augustine Club $10 a week | Polk Club $10 a week


How do I pay?

PayPal (use the link to pay weekly fee), check or money order (bring to your local club director Thursday the week prior to attending)

Full payment is required to save your child’s spot for each week.


How does drop off and pick up work?

During drop off parents must remain inside vehicle, your local club director will contact you after you register to schedule a drop off time.

During pick up parents must remain inside vehicle. Must pick up child before 5 p.m. (NO EXCEPTIONS)


What is my child allowed to bring each day?

Your child may bring one electronic device and one refillable water bottle.


How do I know my child is safe?

With the emergence of COVID-19, Boys & Girls Clubs of Deep East Texas has put into place several preventive strategies to ensure the health and safety of our Staff and club members. The safety of our members is our number one priority. We have put into practice many procedures such as temperature taking, smaller groups to help maintain social distancing, and frequent hand washing to ensure the safety of our staff and Club members.
